Return window

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging with tags/accessories intact. Some categories (personal care, perishables, customised items) may be non-returnable.

How to return

• Go to Your Account → Orders (or contact support)
• Select the item and reason for return
• Schedule a pickup or drop-off as instructed
• Refund is issued after quality check (original payment method / Blissmark credit)

Refund timeline

Approved refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
